Spry Point Cottages is proud to offer you a preview of why we think you should come visit us!

If you are interested in getting away from things, relaxing and enjoying the pleasures and attractions of Prince Edward Island than we have the location suited for your needs.

Our summer cottages are bright, spacious, featuring propane fireplace, modern bathrooms, comfortable furnishings and fully equipped kitchens.

Our furnished sundecks add additional outdoor living space for your relaxation and enjoyment. Play a volleyball game or take a peaceful walk along the beach just yards away from the cottage or just sit on any deck and enjoy the view or the sounds of the ocean.

The Chalet is a 1999 addition situated on an acre lot with water to the east and west.

The loft area has a queen-size bed and opens onto a second floor balcony facing the East where a spectacular sun (and moon) rises out of the water for your enjoyment.

The ground floor has a second bedroom with its own private entrance, queen bed, private bath and washing machine and dryer. On the ground floor there is also a full bath with whirlpool tub and sauna, a modern kitchen, dining and living area with cathedral ceiling.

Extras include a fireplace, TV/VCR/DVD, barbeque, a pull out chesterfield, etc... The living area opens onto a ground floor deck through double patio doors to the west.

The rent is $1100 per week and there is no smoking allowed in the cottage.

The Homestead is a 150 year old farm house restored to protect its original character and furnished with antiques

This beautiful cottage has three bedrooms: a twin, a double and the master, which includes a queen-size bed and a whirlpool tub.

On the lower level there is a combined kitchen/dining room, 4-piece bath, and L shaped dining room with a propane fireplace for those chilly evenings

Extras include an entertainment unit, dishwasher, laundry facilities, and a propane barbecue.

The Homestead sleeps 6 and rents for $1100 weekly with off season rates before June 15th and after September 1st.

The Rancher is a 2002 addition on the water and is nestled in the trees at the end of a private road. Facing South, this delightful hide-a-way affords an enchanting view of the ocean, beach and pond from the wrap around deck. The Rancher features three bedrooms, two baths and a cathedral ceiling in the living room and kitchen area.

Extras include laundry room, entertainment unit, dishwasher, barbeque, propane and electric heat.

Sleeps 6 comfortably with potential for 8.

Rent $1100 per week plus tax. N/S N/P
